Responsibilities

• Respond to client inquiries in German regarding banking services and products
• Assist clients with account management and transaction inquiries
• Document client interactions and maintain accurate records in our system
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues effectively
• Provide clients with information on banking policies and procedures
• Participate in training programs to enhance your knowledge and skills
• Gather feedback from clients to help improve the customer experience

Requirements

• Fluency in German and English, both written and verbal
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A willingness to learn and develop in a fast-paced environment
• Customer service mindset with a focus on client satisfaction
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail
• No previous experience is required; however, previous experience in customer service is a plus
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems are advantageous
