About the Role
As an Business Developer Representative, You will reach out to prospective clients, uncover their needs, and present suitable solutions through outbound calls and emails, helping generate new business opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Reach quarterly SQO targets and maintain steady outreach activity
- Manage assigned accounts to identify strong prospects
- Present product value and engage C-level contacts via calls and emails
- Understand client needs and align them with Cloud solutions
- Keep all lead and opportunity data updated in Salesforce
- Support team KPIs and ensure clear documentation of all interactions
Requirements
- BA/BS degree or relevant experience
- Native-level German + fluent English
- Initial experience in outbound/B2B sales or business development (IT preferred)
- Basic understanding of cloud tech, especially Google Cloud
- Ability to match customer needs with suitable solutions
- Strong communication skills, professionalism, and integrity
- Comfortable working with quotas in a call-driven role
- Solid general IT and computer navigation skills
