What you’ll be doing:

• Handle customer interactions via phone, chat, and email related to banking products and services


• Support clients with daily banking operations (accounts, cards, payments, online banking)


• Provide accurate, secure, and compliant information in line with banking regulations


• Deliver a high-quality customer experience and build trust-based client relationships


• Meet service quality and productivity targets


• Document interactions and maintain accurate customer records


• Ensure strict confidentiality and data protection when handling financial information

Requirements:

• 
  Fluent in German
  


• Intermediate English level


• Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative


• 
  Strong focus on customer needs and understanding of how customers can behave
  


• 
  Clear and professional communication skills, problem-solving and active listening skills
  


• 
  Excellent written communication skills
  


• 
  Ability to multitask, prioritize, and thrive in a fast-paced and target-driven environment
  


• 
  Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the company’s success
