We are hiring for a Contact Centre Agents role Key responsibilities: - Support customers via phone, email, and chat, providing clear and accurate information. - Follow structured processes, document cases, and meet quality standards. - Work closely with the team to resolve issues efficiently and professionally. What we are looking for: - German proficiency to support native-level customers. - A service-oriented mindset, reliability, and comfort working with targets and procedures. - Notes: Local or Still Abroad Working details: - Work model: On-Site - Schedule: Monday to Friday, between 0900-1830, on an 8-hour shift basis Compensation: - Salary – Call Centre (CCA) Rates Month 1: €5.60 per hour Month 2: €8.10 per hour After Probation: €8.50 per hour After 12 Months: €8.75 per hour (performance-based) After 18 Months: €9.20 per hour (performance-based) Additional Benefits Performance Bonus: €2,000 per year (pro-rated quarterly) eligible after 6months probation period Language Allowance: €250 per month eligible after training period Relocation Allowance: €2,000 eligible after 1 month of employment Benefits and eligibility: - Relocation: Relocation support available of 2.000 € after 1 month of employment Please check on the excel if they are offering relocation because for several projects they are looking only for local candidates - Eligibility / documents: European passport or work permit for Malta About the role: JD If you are early in your career or looking for a stable next step, you will receive onboarding and coaching to help you succeed.
