As a Customer Agent, you will be responsible for assisting our German-speaking clients with their banking inquiries and guiding them through our online services.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver top-notch customer support in German via phone, email, and chat.
- Address customer inquiries regarding online banking products and services.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently, ensuring a seamless banking experience.
- Document all customer interactions and inquiries in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with other departments to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Stay informed about online banking trends and product updates to provide accurate information to clients.
Requirements
- Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is required; proficiency in English is a plus.
- Previous experience in customer service, especially in banking or finance, is advantageous.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on delivering excellent customer experience.
- Able to multitask and thrive in a dynamic work environment.
- Familiarity with banking products, services, and CRM software is preferred.
