This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about customer support and have a keen interest in the banking industry. As a Customer Agent, you will be responsible for assisting our German-speaking clients with their banking inquiries and guiding them through our online services.


Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver top-notch customer support in German via phone, email, and chat.
  • Address customer inquiries regarding online banking products and services.
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently, ensuring a seamless banking experience.
  • Document all customer interactions and inquiries in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with other departments to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Stay informed about online banking trends and product updates to provide accurate information to clients.

Requirements

  • Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is required; proficiency in English is a plus.
  • Previous experience in customer service, especially in banking or finance, is advantageous.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on delivering excellent customer experience.
  • Able to multitask and thrive in a dynamic work environment.
  • Familiarity with banking products, services, and CRM software is preferred.
  • Proficiency in using computer applications and digital communication tools.
