Job Description


Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with customers via phone, chat & e-mail
  • Receiving and handling calls in German from customers for an important chain of hotels.
  • Track and follow cases to ensure they closed in an efficient and timely manner
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction, representing a major brand
  • Provide troubleshooting for mobile devices (mobile phones, tablets & more)
  • Assist customers to manage/secure their account & passwords

What you will bring:

  • Fluency in German (minimum C1) and Advanced English knowledge
  • Great communication skills
  • Prior customer support experience would be an advantage
  • Strong troubleshooting skills

Requirements:

  • Fluent in German & English
  • Based in Malaga, Spain
  • NIE, NAF and Spanish bank account.
  • Highschool Degree
  • Dynamic and Proactive
  • Strong understanding of online community dynamics and digital content trends.
