In this exciting role, you will have the opportunity to work in beautiful Greece, providing exceptional support to German-speaking clients as they navigate their travel needs and inquiries.
Responsibilities
- Assist German-speaking customers through phone, email, and chat by addressing their questions related to travel bookings, itineraries, and services.
- Provide detailed information about destinations, accommodations, and travel policies to enhance the customer experience.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
- Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM system to maintain quality customer service.
- Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate seamless travel arrangements and service delivery.
- Stay informed about travel trends, promotions, and company updates to provide timely support to clients.
Requirements
- Fluency in German (both written and spoken); proficiency in English is advantageous.
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably within the travel or hospitality industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.
- Able to handle issues and conflicts with professionalism and empathy.
- Proficient in using CRM systems and comfortable with standard office software.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote or hybrid environment.
