Position: Customer Support Representative (German Speaker) Location: Lisbon, Portugal Start Date: Flexible Employment Type: Full-time | Fixed-term contract (1 year) About the Role We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Support Representative to join our support team for a leading streaming platform.
In this role, you will be responsible for resolving customer queries via phone, email, and chat, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
You will play a key part in shaping the customer experience and contributing to important performance indicators, including Customer Satisfaction (C-SAT), Net Promoter Score (NPS), and adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Key Responsibilities Provide timely and effective customer support through multiple channels Diagnose and resolve technical and account-related issues Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering a positive experience Work towards individual and team performance targets Requirements Native-level German (minimum C1) and fluency in English Previous experience in customer support (preferably 12+ months in a contact center) Familiarity with BPO KPIs (C-SAT, NPS, SLAs) Strong communication and problem-solving skills Technical troubleshooting knowledge is a plus What We Offer Competitive salary package: approx.
