This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about technology and telecommunications, and who excel in delivering high-quality customer support in German. As a customer service representative, you will assist clients in navigating their telecom inquiries while providing exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer inquiries regarding telecom products, services, and billing via phone, email, and chat in German.
- Provide clear and accurate information about plans, coverage, and device specifications.
- Assist customers with service setup, troubleshooting, and account management.
- Resolve any issues or complaints efficiently to ensure a positive customer experience.
- Document all customer interactions in the CRM system for effective tracking and follow-up.
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance customer satisfaction and address service-related questions.
- Stay updated on the latest telecom offerings and promotions to provide relevant information to customers.
Requirements
- Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus.
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably within the telecom sector.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical information clearly.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Ability to handle multiple inquiries effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with customer service software and CRM tools is desirable.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
