German speaking Customer Service Specialist – Lisbon (On-site)

Overview

We are looking for a German speaking Customer Service Specialist to support users of a digital-focused platform. This role is ideal for candidates with interest or background in digital marketing and/or web design , who enjoy combining customer interaction with technical understanding. You will assist users across multiple channels while representing the brand's voice consistently and professionally.

Location: Lisbon, Portugal

Work Model: On-site

Contract Type: Fixed-term contract (CDD – 6 months)

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday: 06:00 – 22:00 (rotational shifts); Days off: Saturday & Sunday; Uber support up to 25.00 € for early shifts starting at 06:00
