German Speaking E-Commerce Support Specialist

Introduction

We are hiring a German Speaking E-Commerce Support Specialist to support customers of a well-known online platform. This role is based in Greece and offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic digital environment.

Responsibilities

  • Support customers with online orders, payments, and deliveries

  • Handle inquiries via phone, email, and chat

  • Troubleshoot issues related to the e-commerce platform

  • Escalate complex cases when necessary

  • Maintain high customer satisfaction levels

Requirements

  • Fluent German (C1/C2) and good English

  • Experience in e-commerce or customer support is preferred

  • Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills

  • Comfortable using digital tools and systems

  • EU passport or valid Greek work permit
