Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Google Ads Account Manager (Sales) with fluent German to join our international team in Barcelona. In this role, you'll manage high-value business clients across industries such as retail, travel, and other large-scale sectors.

As a trusted partner, you'll provide advanced, tailored marketing strategies that maximize results and ensure long-term client success.

Your Responsibilities

  • Manage and support high-value clients in retail, travel, and other major industries.

  • Deliver strategic, consultative advice on Google Ads campaigns.

  • Provide insights and recommendations to boost advertising performance.

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.

  • Conduct regular check-ins to ensure strategies are executed and optimized.

  • Guide clients on advanced Google Ads features and marketing solutions.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).

  • German (C2) and excellent English skills.

  • 1-2 years in sales or digital advertising.

  • Strong expertise in marketing, ideally within retail, travel, or large accounts.

  • Proven ability to deliver strategic consultation at mid/senior level.

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
