We are seeking German-speaking customer service professionals to join an international service center based in Málaga, supporting customers across the hospitality, travel, tourism, and passenger services sectors .

In this role, you will act as a key point of contact for German-speaking customers, delivering outstanding service throughout the customer journey—from pre-booking inquiries and reservations to in-stay support, post-travel assistance, and issue resolution. You will represent premium global brands and ensure a seamless, customer-centric experience across all touchpoints.
