Duties and Responsibilities
Act as the first point of contact, creating strong first impressions and building lasting customer relationships.
Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to negotiation and closing while driving strategy and addressing objections.
Engage with small to mid-sized business customers across industries to understand needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
Support customer growth through upselling, cross-selling, and collaboration with internal teams and partners.
Effectively position solutions against competitors and communicate long‐term business value.
Qualify leads, convert them into opportunities, and maintain a healthy revenue pipeline.
