Position: Lead Development Representative

Location: Barcelona, Spain

Employment type: Full-time, on-site

Remuneration: Base salary + performance bonus.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Qualify and accelerate partner-led opportunities to improve conversion rates and shorten sales cycles.
  • Collaborate with partners and internal teams to drive efficient deal progression.
  • Maintain CRM accuracy by updating records, monitoring pipeline health, and following up on aged opportunities.
  • Manage opportunities by closing directly or routing to the appropriate team based on stage and value.
  • Provide feedback to improve partner lead quality and engagement processes.
  • Develop and document best practices, workflows, and collaboration models.
  • Work closely with business development teams to manage and convert Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs).
