Job Description
We are seeking German-speaking customer service professionals to join an international service center based in Málaga, supporting customers across the hospitality, travel, tourism, and passenger services sectors .
In this role, you will act as a key point of contact for German-speaking customers, delivering outstanding service throughout the customer journey—from pre-booking inquiries and reservations to in-stay support, post-travel assistance, and issue resolution. You will represent premium global brands and ensure a seamless, customer-centric experience across all touchpoints.
Key ResponsibilitiesServe as the primary contact for German-speaking customers via phone, email, chat, and digital platforms
Manage reservations, bookings, amendments, cancellations, and guest requests efficiently and accurately
Provide end-to-end support related to accommodation, travel itineraries, passenger services, and on-site guest experiences
Resolve customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints with professionalism, empathy, and solution-oriented thinking
Coordinate with internal departments (operations, sales, logistics, and on-site teams) to ensure smooth service delivery
Handle payment-related queries, refund requests, and booking confirmations in line with company policies
Maintain accurate records in CRM and booking systems, ensuring compliance with data protection standards
Proactively identify service improvements and contribute to customer satisfaction and loyalty
Consistently meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction KPIs
Native or near-native German (spoken and written)
Good command of English for internal communication and training
Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, travel, tourism, airline, reservations, or guest services is highly preferred
Strong communication skills with a customer-first mindset
Ability to multitask and manage multiple customer interactions in a fast-paced environment
Confident problem-solver with high attention to detail
Comfortable using CRM systems, booking tools, and digital platforms
Team-oriented, reliable, and adaptable to operational changes
