We are seeking German-speaking customer service professionals to join an international service center based in Málaga, supporting customers across the hospitality, travel, tourism, and passenger services sectors.

In this role, you will act as a key point of contact for German-speaking customers, delivering outstanding service throughout the customer journey—from pre-booking inquiries and reservations to in-stay support, post-travel assistance, and issue resolution. You will represent premium global brands and ensure a seamless, customer-centric experience across all touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities
