SIXT is hiring German-speaking Roadside Assistance Agents to support our customers across Germany — remotely from anywhere in Spain. Bring your German and/or English skills, a proactive mindset, and a passion for helping people. As the first point of contact in breakdown situations, you’ll provide fast, reliable support by phone and email, working closely with our Rostock team.

• Receive damage and breakdown reports from customers via phone.
• Independently coordinate necessary measures (e.g. towing services).
• Organize replacement vehicles.
• Forward breakdown cases to the manufacturer within the mobility program.
• Assist customers with questions related to breakdowns and mobility services.
