Mercier Consultancy MD is thrilled to present an exciting opportunity for a German Speaking Support Agent to join our team for a prestigious airline based in Athens. As a German Speaking Support Agent, you will be tasked with providing exceptional support to our German-speaking customers, ensuring their travel needs are met with utmost care and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
- Offer outstanding customer service to German-speaking clients through various channels including phone, email, and live chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding flight bookings, cancellations, and scheduling changes.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and effective manner to ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and inquiries within our CRM system.
- Work closely with other departments to ensure that customer needs and contractual obligations are met.
- Stay updated on airline policies, promotional offers, and travel regulations to provide correct information to customers.
Requirements
- Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is required; proficiency in English is preferred.
- Prior experience in customer service, ideally in the airline or travel sector.
- Strong communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Able to handle multiple inquiries and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with CRM systems and travel booking tools is advantageous.
- Positive attitude and a proactive approach to problem resolution.
- Willingness to work in a dynamic environment in Athens.
