Mercier Consultancy MD is pleased to present an opening for a German Speaking Support Agent to join our team dedicated to a leading electronics company. This position is located in Greece and is a fantastic opportunity for individuals passionate about electronics and customer service. As a German Speaking Support Agent, you will be responsible for assisting our German-speaking clients, ensuring they receive superior support related to our range of electronic products.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide top-tier customer support to German-speaking clients through phone, email, and live chat interactions.
  • Assist customers with inquiries regarding product features, troubleshooting, and technical support.
  • Resolve customer complaints effectively to ensure a high level of satisfaction.
  • Accurately document customer interactions and issues in our CRM system for adequate tracking and follow-up.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to provide customers with timely and effective solutions.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge, company policies, and market trends to provide reliable information to customers.

Requirements

  • Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is required; proficiency in English is a plus.
  • Previous experience in customer support, preferably in the electronics or technology sector.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Able to handle multiple inquiries simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and technical support tools is advantageous.
  • A positive attitude and a proactive approach to both problem-solving and customer engagement.
  • Willingness to work in a dynamic, collaborative environment.
