As a German-Speaking Business Development Representative – Lead Development, you will be the first point of contact for small and medium-sized businesses (SMEs), engaging with them via phone, email, and LinkedIn.

Your Responsibilities
As a Lead Development Business Advisor (m/f/d), you will:
- Proactively contact potential customers and partners using outbound channels such as phone, email, and LinkedIn to generate interest and new business opportunities.
- Identify, qualify, and convert leads by assessing customer needs, buying triggers, and readiness to purchase.
- Conduct targeted research on small and medium-sized businesses (SMEs), identifying company profiles, decision-makers, technical requirements, and product suitability.
- Use your knowledge of products and digital solutions to identify additional needs, clearly communicate value propositions, and adapt messaging for SME clients.
- Perform proactive outbound activities to build a sales pipeline within SME and unattended customer segments, including acquisition and win-back campaigns.
- Independently close smaller sales opportunities and ensure proper handover of larger sales prospects to support efficient sales cycles.
- Maintain high CRM discipline by documenting all customer interactions, opportunity stages, and follow-up actions in Salesforce or comparable systems.
Your Profile
This role is ideal for you if you:
- Have excellent German skills (C1 minimum) and good English skills (B2 minimum), spoken and written.
- Work independently, are well-organized, reliable, and able to prioritize effectively.
- Are a strong communicator with a service-oriented mindset and professional sales approach.
- Enjoy sales and apply your persuasion skills politely and effectively.
- Are capable of presenting technical products and solutions tailored to customer needs.
- Are confident using databases and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Outreach, Salesloft).
- Are motivated to continuously learn and develop.
Nice to Have
- Experience in B2B customer service or working with small and medium-sized businesses.
- Exposure to SaaS solutions, cloud services, or helpdesk systems.
