eMobility support operation

In this role, you will act as the
first point of contact
for users experiencing technical issues with
electric vehicle (EV) charging stations

technical support position
, not sales, focused on troubleshooting, incident resolution, and service continuity in a 24/7 environment.
The role follows a

Job Summary
As a Level 1 Technical Support Specialist, you will support customers using EV charging infrastructure by providing
