Job Description

We are looking for experienced freelance translators to join our expanding translation team. In this role, you will work on a variety of technical content in the following two key subject areas:

Domain 1 (Source: Chinese):

  • Automotive
  • User Manuals
  • User Operation (UO)
  • User Experience (UX)
  • Electronics
  • Information Technology – Consumer Facing
  • Information Technology – Software UI
  • Manufacturing/Industrial – Consumer Facing Guidelines
  • Manufacturing/Industrial – Specialist Facing Guidelines

Key Responsibilities:

  • Translate and/or post-edit technical content from Chinese or English into German
  • Ensure high-quality, accurate, and context-appropriate translations
  • Meet an expected MTPE output of 600 words per hour
