Our client situated in Lachine is presently looking for a terminal manager. In this role you will oversees the strategic planning and leadership of all Transport Operations at the terminal. The primary responsibility is to efficiently lead the operational team, ensuring the achievement of operational goals through key performance indicators and fostering strong customer satisfaction and relationships.As a Terminal Manager, you will oversee the Transportation operations department to ensure maximum efficiency and profitability. You will be responsible to supervise all operations personnel, review production, manage budgets, analyze key performance indicators, handle customer escalations, and build vendor relationships. Additionally, you will ensure compliance with safety regulations, manage recruitment and performance, oversee building security and maintenance, and manage company assets.
