As our HR Operations Manager, you will:

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of 4 HR professionals
  • Align HR strategies with business goals to drive performance, engagement, and retention
  • Champion a positive, inclusive workplace culture that reflects our values
  • Oversee HR operations, including compensation and benefits, performance evaluations, employee relations, training and development programs, recognition initiatives, and HR project management
  • Partner with leadership on organizational development and workforce planning
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, payroll practices, and HR best practices
  • Use data and insights to continuously improve how we work and grow

Education:

  • A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field

As our HR Operations Manager, you bring:

  • 8–10 years of progressive HR experience, with 5+ years in a leadership role
  • Deep knowledge of HR functions
  • Experience in manufacturing, retail, or similar fast‑paced, operational environments
  • Solid understanding of payroll processes and collaboration with finance teams
  • Experience working with U.S.-based operations (an asset)
  • Proficiency with HRIS systems
  • Strong bilingual fluency in French and English
