Project management from serial deliveries to warranty, covering all project phases.
Project team leadership.Follow up and management of the contract, customer order, and any change orders, including both technical and commercial aspects once the project has started
Achievement of Project Objectives: Deadlines, costs, quality.
Project cost management: product and non recurring costs.
