Could you be the full-time GFC Project Controlling Lead in Bengaluru we’re looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your financial expertise in a cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside collaborative and dynamic teammates.
You'll play a critical role in managing the controlling and financial reporting of projects, ensuring adherence to internal control rules and company guidelines. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business, such as the Finance community, Project Procurement Managers, and Industrialization teams, to analyze financial variances and optimize project performance, and much more.
You’ll specifically take care of managing project finances for projects rated No/Low/Medium criticality and providing accurate financial analysis and reporting, but also supporting the implementation of financial strategies and managing a team of Project Controlling Analysts.
We’ll look to you for:
Analyzing variances between standard and actual costs and providing transparent reporting on findings
Controlling monthly cost movements and ensuring accurate financial data
Developing and maintaining accurate MHR models and analyzing cost per labour hour
Ensuring coherence between MBOM (Manufacturing BOM) and financial actuals
Managing risks, savings, and opportunities effectively
Monitoring and forecasting revenue, gross margins, and project costs
Coaching and developing a team of 2-5 members to enhance their skills and capabilities

CA & CMA qualifications
8-10 years of relevant finance experience, including project manufacturing and controlling
Experience in product costing, BOM cost, MHR calculation, and cost analytics
Strong analytical and presentation skills
Proficiency in ERP systems, Excel, and PowerPoint
Strong people management and team development skills
Knowledge of Power BI, VBA, and Macros is a plus
Ability to multitask efficiently and work in a matrix/multi-cultured environment
Demonstrated teamwork, integrity, and problem-solving abilities
