Ghost/Dark Kitchen

We are looking to expand our business operations into the delivery apps digital market and we're looking for an expert to help us build, grow and scale the business.

Our restaurant is currently closing for the afternoon and it has the space, equipment, suppliers and licenses to operate an exclusive delivery business unit in the evening.

Operating hours: 18:00-23/24:00
Location: Parque das Nações

This is a hands-on leadership role combining culinary execution, multi-platform delivery management, and operational excellence.

Strong digital marketing and experience with local delivery apps (Glovo, Uber, Bolt Food, Too Good To Go) are non-negotiable requirements.
