Role Overview

The Gifting & Institutional Relationship Manager / Officer will be responsible for building, managing, and growing relationships with institutional, corporate, and luxury clientele. The role demands a strong understanding of premium client servicing, luxury hospitality standards, corporate gifting, and high-end social & wedding ecosystems, along with excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills.

This position plays a critical role in driving repeat business, brand loyalty, and long-term institutional partnerships.



Key Responsibilities

Institutional & Corporate Relationships

  • Build and manage relationships with corporates, institutions, luxury hotels, wedding planners, concierge services, and premium partners

  • Act as the primary point of contact for institutional and high-value gifting requirements

  • Develop long-term partnerships to ensure recurring and bulk business

Gifting & Client Servicing

  • Understand client requirements and curate bespoke luxury gifting solutions aligned with brand aesthetics

  • Coordinate end-to-end gifting projects including customization, timelines, pricing, and delivery

  • Ensure exceptional client experience in line with luxury service standards

Hospitality & Luxury Segment Engagement

  • Leverage experience in luxury hospitality, premium weddings, and high-end social events to identify gifting opportunities

  • Collaborate with wedding planners, event managers, and hospitality partners for exclusive gifting mandates

Business Development Support

  • Identify new institutional and premium client opportunities

  • Assist in proposal preparation, presentations, and commercial discussions

  • Support revenue growth through upselling, cross-selling, and repeat orders

Brand Representation

  • Represent the brand professionally in meetings, events, and client interactions

  • Ensure consistent communication reflecting the luxury positioning of the brand



Key Skills & Competencies

Must-Have

  • Experience in luxury hospitality, premium client servicing, corporate/institutional gifting, or luxury weddings

  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong relationship management and client-handling abilities

  • High level of professionalism, grooming, and presentation

Good-to-Have

  • Exposure to luxury retail, lifestyle brands, or experiential gifting

  • Network within corporate, hospitality, or wedding ecosystems

  • Basic commercial understanding (pricing, margins, negotiations)



Educational Qualification

  • Graduate / Postgraduate in Hospitality, Management, Marketing, or related fields preferred



Experience

  • 3–8 years of relevant experience in luxury hospitality, corporate relations, premium gifting, or client servicing roles
