Input: Excel/CSV of ~500 Texas restaurant addresses (Popeyes + Church's).
Task 1: Geocode all addresses to lat/lng using Google Geocoding API (or Azure Maps/Bing if preferred).
Task 2: Compute all Popeyes Church's pairs within 1 mile (Haversine or geodesic distance).
Task 3: Produce deliverables:
(all matched pairs, with distance in miles)
(nearest Church's for each Popeyes and vice versa)
(geocode status/accuracy field + any failures or low-confidence results flagged)
Require geocode accuracy field in output:
Google: ROOFTOP / RANGE_INTERPOLATED / GEOMETRIC_CENTER / APPROXIMATE (or equivalent) ()
Timeline: 2–5 days.
Tools acceptable: Python, R, QGIS/ArcGIS, Excel.
Contract duration of less than 1 month.
Mandatory skills: Geocoding, Azure App Service, Microsoft Excel
