JOB DESCRIPTION: Core Technical Qualifications
Software Expertise: Advanced knowledge of ArcGIS Suite (Desktop, Pro, Server, Portal), ArcGIS Online, and QGIS. Data & Database Management: Proficiency in creating and maintaining enterprise geodatabases (ArcSDE), SQL, and spatial data integration. Scripting & Automation: Strong skills in Python (ArcPy/API), FME for ETL processes, and automation to streamline workflows.
Analyze, design, develop and maintain complex geographic databases and feature sets. Perform updates and edits. Determine structure, integrity and data exchange. Independently evaluate, develop and program computer software applications to automate data capture, conversion and maintenance procedures related to Geographic Information System (GIS).
