As an INTERCOMPANY GL ANALYST, you will be responsible for general accounting services provided to several affiliates and departments (SBU) with an accent on the accuracy and compliance.
**Main Responsibilities**- Intercompany accounting of transactions among PPG affiliates according to US GAAP standards and SOX controls.- Month-end closing accounting and related activities.- Accurate supporting documentation and account analysis of assigned balance sheet accounts.- Identification and correction of common accounting issues for intercompany transactions.- Partnership and support to partners (USCA, SBU, other SSC teams).- Data gathering for internal and external audit purpose.- Administrative tasks related to the position such as reporting of activities and tracking on PPG Policies for the intercompany function.- Follow-up and validation of out of balance transactions between the PPG entities
