The Opportunity

We have an exciting opportunity for a

Global Account Exec

to join our Account Management Team. As a

Global Account Exec

, you will support Oasis Private Collections in building and maintaining partnerships with corporate clients globally, working with both new and existing clients to increase our bookings volume.

This role requires a highly motivated individual with a strong commercial background and travel industry knowledge, accompanied by the ability to build relationships to immerse themselves into the dynamics of a successful company.

You work with a view to achieving your personal and business targets and you know how to translate the wishes of the customer into increasing sales.

: Buenos Aires, Argentina

Responsibilities

●     Handle and efficiently manage booking requests for multiple destinations across the globe

●     Understand customer requirements/needs and respond accurately and efficiently to their requests

●     Ensuring requests are responded to on time and within the agreed SLA

●     Take the client/partner through the process from initial inquiry to the confirmed booking

●     Chase down leads and partner with the Oasis supply teams to close bookings

●     Drive loyalty by building strong rapport and trust with client quickly and effectively, and delivering service excellence throughout each interaction

●     

Maintain and nurture relationships with clients

●     Monitor the success of each account and manage client relationships

●     Establish an understanding of the business objectives of these partners and match these with the range of services of Oasis Collections to maximise business opportunities

Requirements

●     Have strong commercial abilities

●     Have excellent customer service skills

●     Must be a team player

●     

Have advanced English writing and speaking skills and native Spanish

●     Have at least 1-2 years of proven experience in sales, hospitality or customer service

●     

Travel industry experience is

a

plus

●     Are passionate about sales and service. Hospitality never sleeps

●     

Are

a

self-starter, enthusiastic and creative problem-solver

●     Are organized, a fast learner and can multitask

●     Are extremely detail-oriented and understand teamwork
