International Service Delivery Manager Job Description
As an International Service Delivery Manager, you will oversee the operational follow-up of the largest and most complex international accounts. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure customer success and engagement through excellent communication skills and commercial drive.
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform service delivery management by monitoring and following up on client relationships, services, invoicing, governance models with regular reviews, internal reporting in accordance with agreements made with clients.
- Maintain regular contact with clients to identify challenges and provide proposals for improvement; advise clients verbally or in writing based on expert knowledge; promote products/services according to client needs at executive levels if necessary.
