Job Description
- Serve as a core functional leader within Global New Product Development (NPD/NPDI) project teams, supporting product launches from concept through production release.
- Align manufacturing resources and priorities with Global Product Roadmaps and key strategic initiatives to ensure on‑time and cost‑effective execution.
- Lead cross‑functional coordination and communication across global teams, including:
- Project Management
- Design & Manufacturing Engineering
- Marketing and Sales
- Supply Chain and Materials Management
- Executive and Senior Leadership
- Ensure Design for X (DFx) principles (Design for Manufacturability, Testability, Cost, Quality, and Supply Chain) are applied throughout the NPDI lifecycle.
