**Global Associate Listening Program Lead**

This global position is central to fostering and strengthening our people-focused culture at Mars. The role oversees, plans and elevates our Associate Listening programs, with a primary focus on the Mars Associate Survey (MAS). This involves comprehensive program oversight and activation, governance, risk management, stakeholder management and vendor relationships. The role ensures effective integration and collaboration across all relevant teams and touchpoints, supporting the continuous improvement of how we capture, understand, and act on Associate feedback throughout the organization.
This role provides expertise and thought partnership to leaders and P&O business partners to support the effective deployment of Associate Listening programs across the business. The role empowers segments, leaders, managers, and Associates to effectively understand and act on insights gathered from our Listening programs (team and organizational impact planning).
**What are we looking for?**
+ Bachelor’s/University degree preferably in HR, or a related field preferred.
+ 4+ years’ experience in employee listening, employee experience, programming management, or related functions
+ Experience in a regional/global corporate environment or multinational company is highly desirable.
+ Proficiency in survey platforms (e.g. Qualtrics) is desirable, but not mandatory.
+ Proven experience, overseeing and facilitating holistic end-to-end programs in a complex, diverse, and evolving business.
+ Strong program management, change management and decision-making skills in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
+ Experience in designing and deploying capability building programs and materials.
+ Experience managing external vendors
+ Strong analytical skills, with the ability to draw insights that shape strategy and decision-making.
+ Excellent written and oral communication skills, with proven ability to engage effectively at all levels, including leadership and external vendors.
+ Fluent in written and spoken English.
+ Ability to navigate and solve complex business problems and situations, with the ability to prioritize workload, manage attention to detail, and respond to business and customer needs.
**What would be your key responsibilities?**
**Program Oversight and Activation**
+ Oversee the management and evolution of the Mars Associate Survey (MAS) program and any future Associate Listening programs
+ Provide end-to-end management of relationships with listening-related vendors
+ Collaborate with stakeholders across Digital Technologies, Data Privacy, Legal, Commercial and Global Experience teams to assure cohesive planning, integrated program deployment and compliance
+ Lead and oversee continuous improvement processes and projects to develop and maintain effective and impactful design and deployment of our programs, in particular the MAS.
+ Collaborate with other Center of Excellence (COE) and subject matter experts on governance, strategy, and continuous improvement of the survey and impact planning practices.
+ Design and lead impactful onboarding experiences for new businesses that participate in our Listening Programs/MAS.
+ Proactively use internal and external networks to uncover cutting-edge approaches
**Impact planning management and capability building**
+ Collaborate with segments and Center of Excellence (COEs) to develop and integrate effective Impact Planning processes—our signature approach to action planning based on MAS feedback. This includes leveraging tools, technology, reporting, capability building, alignment and synergies with other Mars programs to deliver a seamless and straightforward experience for leaders, line managers, and Associates.
+ Create and maintain guidelines, tools and capability building materials for Leaders, Managers and Associates to equip them to have meaningful team conversations and develop team impact plans.
+ Equip segments, leaders and business partners with insights, tools, and resources to understand the insights from our Listening programs (in particular MAS) and develop organizational impact plans to improve the Associate Experience on an organizational level.
+ Provide consulting and custom training to key business units to ensure our Listening to Act practices are designed to support both an enhanced Associate experience and business performance.
+ Responsible for management and continuous improvement of the MAS HUB
+ Build communities and champions across the business to drive commitment to improving the Associate Experience.
**Segment partnership**
+ Provide expertise, counsel and thought partnership to leaders and P&O business partners in our segments to support the effective deployment of Associate Listening programs, in particular MAS, across the business.
+ Support the onboarding of new businesses and Associates to MAS and other Listening programs to ensure impactful deployment to all Associates, ensuring leadership sponsorship.
+ Collaborate with stakeholders across segments and the business to identify opportunities and ensure the segment’s voice is included in the continuous improvement agenda of our Listening programs, ideas, and tools to provide “best-in-class” solutions to our business.
