The Senior Manager will lead strategic AI/ML initiatives across the organization, ensuring successful integration of advanced analytics and automation into business processes. This role demands strong leadership, technical expertise in AI/ML, and hands-on experience with Alteryx for data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement AI/ML strategies aligned with organizational goals.

  • Ensure compliance with data privacy, security, and responsible AI principles.

  • Oversee end-to-end AI/ML project lifecycle: planning, execution, monitoring, and evaluation.

  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders.

  • Supervise model development, validation, and deployment.

  • Monitor data quality and ensure iterative improvements for AI models.

  • Conduct AI risk assessments and maintain governance standards.

  • Implement preventive and corrective measures for evolving AI regulations.

  • Communicate project progress and insights to senior leadership.

  • Drive adoption of AI/ML solutions across business units.

    • Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field.

  • Proven experience in AI/ML implementation and project management.

  • Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms and deployment strategies.

  • Experience with Alteryx for data preparation, workflow automation, and predictive analytics.

  • Proficiency in Python, R, and ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch).

  • Strong knowledge of data governance and analytics.

  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.

  • Knowledge of responsible AI practices and global data regulations.

  • Mastery of SQL for data manipulation and integration.
