Job Description

We are seeking a highly structured and experienced Program Manager to serve as a core member of the Project Management Office for a Global Capability Centre (GCC) setup. This role drives program execution with governance, regulatory alignment, and vendor-agnostic transparency, working alongside senior leadership and legal counsel to guide the roadmap from planning through vendor selection and stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Program Management & Governance

  • Planning: Develop and maintain the integrated program roadmap, master plan, and detailed workplans, identifying critical paths and cross-functional dependencies.
  • Risk Management: Proactively manage risk, issue, and dependency registers to ensure project health.
  • Reporting: Establish the program governance structure and cadence; prepare high-stakes materials for Steering Committee meetings and senior management updates.
