Lead the operational excellence and digital transformation of Coty’s global fragrance procurement function, focusing on day-to-day execution, innovation enablement, and data-driven decision-making. Support the Senior Buyer and Sr Manager in delivering the overall fragrance and fragrance ingredients strategy, while spearheading strategic projects that enhance efficiency, sustainability, and resilience..
A. Category Operations & Digitalization
- Oversee daily sourcing activities for fragrance (oils, aroma chemicals) ensuring flawless execution.
- Drive digitalization initiatives, including procurement automation and advanced analytics for cost modeling and forecasting.
- Implement data governance standards and maintain accurate procurement dashboards for performance tracking.
