Overview

As the Global Compensation & Benefits Analyst, you will contribute to the execution and administration of ABBYY’s global compensation and benefits programs through analysis, reporting, and operational coordination. This role combines strong analytical capability with hands-on program support and works closely with Talent Acquisition, People Operations, Finance, Payroll, and external vendors to inform and reinforce the organization’s pay and benefits philosophy through market analysis, program evaluation, and data-driven recommendations, ensuring compensation and benefits practices are competitive, consistent, and meaningful for employees across regions.
