Your main role and responsibilities will be:

• Lead and administer compensation programs aligned with the companys values and strategic priorities including salary survey participation global market benchmarking annual merit cycles and bonus plan administration.
• In partnership with the HR Director plan develop and implement compensation programs policies and procedures to support company goals and maintain competitive practices.
