We are seeking a skilled Compensation and Benefits Specialist to lead our compensation programs across multiple countries. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of global compensation practices, benefits design, and experience managing compensation cycles.
As the successful candidate, you will be responsible for administering salary surveys, benchmarking global markets, and implementing annual merit cycles. You will also work closely with HR Directors to plan, develop, and implement compensation policies and procedures that support business objectives.
