At GFT we have an open position for someone willing to work as Compensation Global Compensation & Benefits Specialist. We are looking for an enthusiastic and dynamic person interested in working in an international enviroment.

Your main role and responsibilities will be:

• Lead and administer compensation programs aligned with the company's values and strategic priorities, including salary survey participation, global market benchmarking, annual merit cycles, and bonus plan administration.
• In partnership with the HR Director, plan, develop, and implement compensation programs, policies, and procedures to support company goals and maintain competitive practices.
• Apply analytics and knowledge of advanced compensation concepts and theories to address highly complex business and cross-functional HR challenges.
