Global Division HR Manager

Your Role And Responsibilities

In this role, you will be go‑to person for coordination and executive support, acting as a trusted partner for our Division President and the rest of the Division management team. You will ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations and help move key priorities forward through proactive planning, clear communication, and structured follow‑up.

Work model: hybrid. Locations: Fornebu, Norway or Pitäjänmäki, Finland.
