In this role, you will support our newly introduced global e-commerce and quotation platform across multiple countries and regions. You will serve as a key user and trusted partner for the business, ensuring smooth daily operations, managing issues, and acting as the vital link between business stakeholders and IT. This position is ideal for someone who combines strong business understanding with technical knowhow, thrives in a fast-changing environment, and enjoys driving process excellence while supporting end users.
How you’ll make an impact:
You will support day-to-day operations of the global e-commerce and quotation platform.
You will act as the first point of escalation for users across countries regarding platform issues and questions.
