We are looking for a new Global Early Talent to join the program starting April 2026 in Vaasa, Finland. The program is based in the Local Finance team in Vaasa, Finland.

The program is made up of three assignments across Local Finance Business Partner, Global Trainee, and Local Controller roles, with a designed progression and leadership competency development journey. The final rotation supports the search for a final position after the program ends.
