Job Description
About the role:
Looking for a high impact sourcing and procurement leader with deep, hands-on experience in electronic components procurement and global vendor development.
Lead sourcing strategies for electronic components, and develop a robust vendor network.
Conduct market research, evaluate supplier performance, negotiate contracts, foster long-term partnerships, and ensure supply chain efficiency.
Build and scale global supplier relationships
Drive cost optimization and margin improvement
Identify and qualify new vendors and technologies
Work closely with sales, product, and operations to ensure speed and reliability of supply.
Good to have:
• Prior 8–15+ years experience in sourcing semiconductors, passives, connectors, electromechanical parts, and related electronic components
• Proven track record of developing and managing suppliers in China, Taiwan, Japan, Korea, and Southeast Asia
• Strong understanding of authorized distributors, OEM/EMS eco...
