Global Event Executive

We are BEETc – pronounced beats – we are a vibrant, dynamic event services company, specialising in the full spectrum of design and delivery for international business summits and bespoke events.

We're looking for 1 Event Management Executive to join a small team of highly driven and engaged (& still relatively young) individuals to deliver executive level summits globally, both in-person & online. We run about 20 business executive summits and customised private corporate events (lunch, dinner, wine tasting etc) a year across APAC & EMEA region.

Key Responsibilities & skill required:

• Working directly with the Event Directors to organise business summits from content research & agenda shaping, speaker recruitment, VIP acquisition, to liaising with venues & logistics arrangements and many more.
• Running the summits onsite - virtual / physical summits - Opportunities to travel to Bangkok, Madrid, Paris, Hong Kong, London & more
