We are BEETc – pronounced “beats” – we are a vibrant, dynamic event services company, specialising in the full spectrum of design and delivery for international business summits and bespoke events.
We’re looking for 1 Event Management Executive to join a small team of highly driven and engaged (& still relatively young) individuals to deliver executive-level summits globally, both in-person & online. We run about 20 business executive summits and customised private corporate events (lunch, dinner, wine tasting, etc.) a year across the APAC & EMEA regions.
Key Responsibilities & skills required:
- Working directly with the Event Directors to organise business summits from content research & agenda shaping, speaker recruitment, VIP acquisition, to liaising with venues & logistics arrangements and many more.
- Running the summits onsite - virtual/physical summits - Opportunities to travel to Bangkok, Madrid, Paris, Hong Kong, London & more!
